Prometheus Real Estate Group is a privately held firm specializing in the acquisition, development and management of high quality residential and commercial properties. Prometheus, one of California’s largest developers, has a portfolio that is comprised of over 60 award-winning properties in the best locations throughout the western United States.
Prometheus has been working with York & Chapel on several design communication projects for over 3 years now. Shown here are 3 projects, for 3 different properties in 3 different media. The first project is a property website with CMS and contact database functions for Metropolitan Apartments. The second project is a sales collateral for Miraval Apartments. The third project is a sales topo-table display for Waterford Place.
York & Chapel designed this display unit for a newly opened +200 unit luxury apartment complex across the street from Santa Clara University in the heart of Silicon Valley. This sales display, while designed to match the interior décor, is used to stand out in the sales office and attract the visitor to inquire more.
